At Proud to Be Scottish, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days of your order being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery: approximately 3 working days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: approximately 2 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
